Crisp offers internet access and other internet services by every means that will enable us to reach the Costarican end user. Our customers are residential and business users a like. We reach that goal by cooperating with key players on the Costarican market.

We operate in a social and environmental responsible matter with the ambition to reach a growth of 50% in subscribers per year.

In the period until 2011 CRISP has the ambition to gain a 10% market share in offering xDSL products in Costa Rica. Our services differentiate because we offer our services with a experienced and customers focussed support office that can be reached during working hours. For our business customers we have a 24 hours reachable helpdesk that is aware of the SLA's per customer.
