CRISP | General conditions & disclaimer

Costa Rica Internet Service Provider S.A. (hereinafter "CRISP") whose registered office is in Costa Rica, with legal Cedula , provides Internet services under the brand through CRISP and tucannews.com the main website located at URL http://www.crisp.cr ( "the Portal"), as well as a set of portals that integrate CRISP Network on terms in the General Conditions:

First .- The use of the Website and the services offered on the CRISP network are, if applicable, charge in US dollars or colones, notwithstanding that this may vary according to the ninth clause of these Conditions or Conditions of Use governing any particular services offered included therein. Some of the services offered require prior user registration, the use of which must register as a customer of CRISP.

Second .- The use of the Website or any of the websites owned by CRISP expressed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Third .- The user agrees not to use the Website or the services offered by CRISP for activities contrary to law, morals, public order and, in general, to use under general conditions and has to be within the Costarican law at all times.

Fourth .- CRISP acts exclusively as a service provider of communication between the parties, not being responsible for the content that contrary to these general conditions, the parties may be sent, the user is solely responsible for the accuracy and permissibility of them. In particular, it prohibits the use of referral services for the advertising material or critical service providers.

Fifth .- The user is obliged to respect the restrictions on use of the Website and the services provided by CRISP Network CRISP every time.

Sixth .- CRISP is not responsible for any failures that may occur in communications, including the deletion, transmission delays or incomplete remission, not committing to either the transmission system is operational at all times, unless other wise agreed upon in a SLA. CRISP has taken all the legally required security measures for the protection of personal data supplied by the user.Our equipment is installed in a save, secured and qualified datya centre environment in Costa Rica. However, CRISP invulnerability can not guarantee the absolute security of their systems, nor can it guarantee the safety or the sanctity of data transmission through the network. CRISP can not guarantee the legality, reliability and usefulness of content that users transmit using the Websites of CRISP.CRISP does not control or guarantee the absence of viruses in the services provided by third parties through the Portal that may cause alterations in its computer system (software and hardware) or in the documents and electronic files stored on your computer system. Devices that link the portal offers users have only aimed to search the same information available on the Internet. CRISP not offer or market products and services available in the linked sites and assumes no responsibility for any such products or services.

Seventh .- CRISP may discontinue service CRISP the network being used by the user and to immediately resolve the relationship with the user if it detects a use of their site or any of the services of the crisp com in it that are offered that might be contrary to the General Conditions.

Eighth .- CRISP reserves the right to suspend any of the free services offered on the CRISP webiste, enough notice on the screen to access the service with a notice of fifteen (15) days. Reserves also the right to unilaterally modify at any time and without notice, presentation and conditions of the Website and the services of the Network CRISP and the conditions for its use.

Ninth .- CRISP may at any time revise these Terms and Conditions or introduce new conditions for use of the Website and / or services of CRISP, including cessation of gratuity. These modifications are only applicable after its entry into force.

Tenth .- The parties, expressly waiving their own jurisdiction, accepted as the law governing this contract, Costa Rica, and are subject to the resolution of all disputes arising out of the same to the Courts of San José, Costa Rica.
